外國人眼中的“”| 17世紀末18世紀初銷往歐洲及美洲新大陸的“”瓷器（二）

編者按：2011年11月，由北京故宮博物院、中國古陶瓷學會、福建省文物局、德化縣人民政府共同主辦的“2011中國瓷都?德化窯學術研討會”在瓷都德化舉辦，近百位國內外博物館館長、從事陶瓷文化研究的專家學者齊聚瓷都德化，以“的故鄉、瓷藝術的搖籃”為主題，共同研討深厚的德化窯陶瓷文化。
研討會共提交專題論文39篇，其中不乏外國專家的作品。與會的專家學者以翔實的圖文史料為佐證，從學術專業的角度對德化窯在國內外陶瓷文化領域的歷史地位和影響做了全面深刻的闡述，是一筆難得的、豐碩的學術成果。
近期，《外國人眼中的“”》欄目將再次回顧刊載該研討會的相關論文，并對其中的論文進行翻譯，為廣大德化陶瓷文化研究愛好者提供學習、交流、參考。
THE TRADE OF BLANC DE CHINE PORCELAIN TO EUROPE AND THE NEW WORLD IN THE LATE 17th AND EARLY 18th CENTURIES（二）
Incense burners in the form of Buddhist Lions (Fig. 2), small cups in the form of rhinoceros horns or with applied reliefs of plum blossoms (Fig 3), were among the most common Blanc de Chine objects exported to Europe in the late seventeen and early eighteen centuries. The Dehua kilns also produced a variety of Blanc de Chine forms especially commissioned for the European market, mostly intended for ornamental and daily use, or more rarely for Christian devotional practices. They include figure groups of Westerners (Fig 4), mugs for drinking beer or strong ale and capuchin cups for drinking chocolate (Figs.5 and 6): the latter modelled after contemporary German and British stoneware, glass or silver (Fig.7). 17世紀末18世紀初銷往歐洲的所有瓷中，以佛獅香爐（圖2）和梅花堆帖犀角杯（圖3）最受青睞。除此之外，德化窯針對歐洲市場還燒制了種類繁多的白瓷，其中大部分為裝飾和日常用瓷，少部分用于基督教禱告儀式的實用具。這些瓷器包括神態各異的歐洲人雕像（圖4）、飲用啤酒和烈性白酒的馬克杯、飲用咖啡所用的咖啡杯（圖5，6)，后者是仿造同時期的德國和英國的炻器杯、玻璃杯及銀杯而制作（圖7）。
